Ten percent (10%) down PER PARCEL day of the auction. Balance due at closing 30 days after the sale. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the last bid to establish the final contract price. Property sold As Is, where is; not subject to financing or inspection. Auctioneer and auction staff are agents to the seller.
