All vehicles are in running condition and come with a clear title!
Auction preview day will be Friday, September 25th from 11:00AM to NOON!


The bidding will end on Sunday, September 27th at 7:00PM!
All vehicles will need to be removed on or before Tuesday, October 6th.

YOUR PAYMENT METHOD MUST, MUST, MUST CLEAR BEFORE YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE TITLE AND KEYS!

Bidders will be required to enter a credit card in order to bid on this auction. Your credit card will NOT be charged following the auction unless you would like to use that method of payment. We will contact the successful bidders following the auction to collect payment. If paying by check, YOUR CHECK MUST, MUST, MUST CLEAR BEFORE YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE TITLE AND KEYS!


LOT 1.) 1987 Firebird with 47+/- original miles. Fuel injected 2.8 Liter V6 for good gas mileage or drop a new motor in it and make it a F-Body racer. Factory AC.

LOT 2.) 2004 BMW X3. Loaded and runs good. 3.0 Liter V6, Loaded and has Cold weather package with heated seats. 

LOT 3.) 2014 NISSAN NV200 City Cargo Van. Can fit a regular sized pallet in cargo area. Loaded with every option available.

Terms of Contents Auction:

1. EVERYTHING MUST BE PAID IN FULL
     regardless of when it is picked up.

2. Everything will be sold “as is, where is”, with no guarantees of any 

        kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block.

3.     Every effort is made to “guard” merchandise throughout the auction; 

        however, the bidder becomes solely responsible for all items purchased 

        by him immediately following his winning bid.  There fore, he is ad

        vised to further guard his items at his own discretion.

4. The bidder is responsible for knowing which item he is bidding on.  If 

         he is unsure, he should inquire or not bid.  When you become the win-

         ning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be ex

         pected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the success-

         ful bidder.  Auctioneer will not honor “mistakes”.

5. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he

         feels is in the best interest of his client the seller.  The Auctioneer

         reserves the right to reject bidding of any person whose conduct,        

         actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the 

         seller.

6. A 10% buyer premium will be added to the final bid price to establish  the final contract price.
