1. Registration & Authorization Hold

Registration Required: You must register with valid contact and billing information to place a bid. By placing a bid, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions of this auction.

Pre-Authorization Hold: A temporary authorization hold (e.g., $1.00) may be placed on your credit/debit card upon registration by your financial institution to verify account authenticity. This is not a charge and will be released according to your bank’s standard policy.

2. Bidding, Staggered Close, & Technical Disclaimer

All Bids Are Final: Placing a bid is a binding contract. Bids cannot be canceled, retracted, or undone for any reason. Failure to read descriptions or mistyping a bid amount does not relieve you of your financial obligation.

Staggered Closing: Lots will close in numerical order on a staggered schedule (typically 2 items per minute, though pacing may vary per auction). Pay close attention to individual lot countdown timers.

Soft Close Feature: Bidding utilizes a soft close mechanism. If a bid is placed within the final sixty (60) seconds of an item closing, the timer for that lot will automatically reset to 60 seconds. Extended bidding will continue until sixty (60) full seconds elapse with no additional bids.

Technical Limitations & Outages: The auction company is not responsible for missed or failed bids due to internet connection disruptions, hardware failures, server delays, web traffic congestion, or technical errors on the user's or platform's end.

Auctioneer Discretion: The auction company reserves the right to reject any bid, or remove lots prior to the close of the auction.

3. Inspection & "As-Is, Where-Is" Disclaimer

No Warranties: All items are sold strictly "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with all faults, visible or hidden. Neither the auction company nor the seller makes any express or implied warranties or guarantees concerning condition, age, authenticity, utility, completeness, or merchantability.

Descriptions Not Guaranteed: Descriptions, photo representations, and condition notes are for identification purposes only. Bidders are strongly advised to inspect lots in person during the scheduled preview time to evaluate quality, scale, weight, and condition before bidding.

4. Buyer’s Premium, Payment Terms, & Chargebacks

Buyer’s Premium: A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final hammer price of each winning bid (e.g., a $100 winning bid incurs a total charge of $115).

Payment Processing:

Invoices under $1,000 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file immediately following the auction close.

Invoices over $1,000 will be contacted by auction management to arrange payment.

No Credit Card Chargebacks: By bidding, you expressly agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback or dispute for any reason, including but not limited to claims of item condition, description discrepancies, or non-retrieval.

Mandatory Payment on Forfeited Items: Failure or refusal to pick up purchased items during the scheduled load-out time does not cancel your sale. Your credit card will still be charged for the full invoice amount, and the items will be forfeited without refund.

5. Non-Payment, Abandonment, & Right to Resell

Strict Pick-Up Schedule: All items must be removed strictly within the published load-out schedule.

Right to Liquidate: Any items remaining past the scheduled pick-up window will be deemed abandoned. The auction company reserves the absolute right to resell, donate, or dispose of abandoned items at the original buyer’s expense.

Bidders are solely responsible for safely removing items without causing damage to the real estate or surrounding property. Any damage caused to walls, floors, doors, or grounds during load-out is the full financial responsibility of the buyer.
