Auctions provide a wonderful opportunity to get a home at YOUR price.  It is a real time negotiation between the buyer and seller.  There is no chance for someone to get their offer to the seller before yours.  As a buyer you have the ability to be the one who holds the number one offer.

Benefits of the Auction Method

Motivated Sellers - When you attend an auction, you'll know the seller is committed     to selling the property on the day of the auction.

Buyers have the right to pay the price they want.

There is no risk of overpaying.  At an auction, you know what bid you're competing against.     There are no back and forth phone calls that can keep bidding going for days.  You will know     that your price is fair.

Amlin and Associates Auctions will provide you with the information you need to evaluate     your options and be prepared to make good decisions on the day of the auction.

You will be able to inspect the home on a given date, allowing you to plan ahead.

Fast closing.  In most cases our sales are closed within 30 days.
